The training we run in the UK is a good balance between the theory and the hands-on-the-tools practical. Because this approach is more labour and time consuming, we run smaller classes than most, limiting numbers to a maximum of 12.
We have found through the improvers and seasoned professionals who attend to further their knowledge and understanding, that our approach is massively beneficial to the newbies and less threatening/demanding than say two days of theory as practiced on IICRC courses for example.
We have 3 courses that follow this format: Two days carpet cleaning, which also includes an introduction to spot and stain removal. One day upholstery and one day Specialist Spot and Stain.
We recently had a visit from a world renowned industry trainer who commented that our training facility is a world leader.
I have a few pictures and videos on my farcebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Kendry-232982956713256/
