Over time, the Operators should have learned from reading these boards over the past decade.
The "secret" is: When the Operator turns on their machine....use it! Do not keep it running without using that specific component. If the Operator runs the vacuum motor (Open) without any resistance (under load) from cleaning/bearing down, the amp draw goes up to maximum! For example, if the vac motor requires: 13.7 amps running (Open), under load the amps drop to approx 8.4 !!! If the pressure pump is on this same line, then this could make the difference between tripping a breaker, of the vac motor turning off due to an interior over-load shut-off!
If you are pre-spraying, then why turn on the vac motors?
