I don't want to short chop stroke anymore, it's tough! It's about understanding your suck, pressure adjustment and speed. We long stroke nice and slow for a good flush and rinse. Don't have to bring in another tool to cut in or groom to mop up a room.
Been amazed at the CC'rs that flaunt the next tool in advertisemnt then come in with a good wand.
My biggest issue when I used OP or RX was loose carpet and being accused of adding or relocating wrinkles. That shut me down about 10 years ago hard! Paid a guy to restretch a home. Since then I backed off from rotary, crb"s and quickly got into repairs, installs but more importantly: re-stretching. Now I'm the go to guy for carpet cleaners on the hook for cleaning loose carpets.
The RV is light so pushing wrinkles is minimum but the amount of moisture left behind is my problem I can't get over. We used to set at 300 psi but it would decrease or creep so tech had to keep checking and adjusting.
If anyone is operating in San Diego I have a Zipper and RV I'd be glad to sell, got 2 OP machines, 2 Von ShRader machines, Cimex, burnishers, 2 crb's, host scrubber, 1997 softail, 1961 corvair, truckmount trailer, Virgin 3ht hp heater, cat 290 rebuild wiff new power clutch, FK power booster, a Chinese acrobat and pictures of Obama and Osama having sex with multiple goats
