"YOU are the face of YOUR business"
Based on my experience, I just wonder how many Operators/Owners really pay attention. Surprisingly, so many answer their phones as if you are bothering them...even if...they request that you call them! But, I am thinking about the potential customer here.
If you want to inquire or want service, would you book with someone who answers the phone, or communicates like a Bull Dog? Don't think so, or, rather hope not!
I suggest that these individuals look themselves in the mirror and start talking.
Just something to think about.
