But really, the real pat on the back and credit would seem to go to all the satisfied customers/operators of the Cross-American equipment who have purchased them over the years from all over this Planet. And it is they who I focus on.
I remember all the innovations (many firsts btw) we have made and contributed to this industry, many of which the competition continue to "borrow" in an effort to compete. However, they have failed to learn one key element, that: "you can fool the customer some of the time, but not all of the times"! The very fact that our equipment looks different is because it is different! The honorable Mr. Ken Wainwright (UK) stated it best when he said: "There may be other pretty machines out there in the market, but unfortunately, in an industrial or commercial environment, good looks do not clean carpets. Solid engineering does."
In conclusion, over the past years I deeply appreciate all the common hard working persons from all corners of this earth whom (many)have become our dearest friends. You are the best.
I thank all of you.
The very best;
Ed Valentine
