Here is what I carry on the truck:2 wands -16 & 8 flow,rv 6 flow and rx is at 7.5 I think. We load up the zipper only for vacant berber and it's 10 flow.
The green horns are the best imo,the high volume shear off the glide instead of that aggressive low flow straight down blast, which forces dirt and prespray into the backing (imo) is the root of all problems.
We have a Sebo machine for trashed out poly stairs, light weight. Most jobs are wand work and my magic spot is 650 psi for most cut piles. Here is the Hack secret as I mentioned before: L.A. Awesome. When you hit a wear area, problem spots, whatever, take that sprayer and hit it, it magically goes away, your chemical agitation at work. That stubborn Tile kitchen to carpet transition on polyester, forget about it!
Salvage cleaning a rat nasty with the RV brush head for less than 70 cents a ft2, get therapy cuz you can. Two wet passes, air paths, who's your Daddy?
Remember I started this game with HOST, then went every step after that while still employeed. Went with a truckmount trailer and it kicked my ass, went with a Mytee, OP, Von Scraper, a recoil set up in my truck, another truckmount and finally this Judson which you recommended Jim and it was a spot on recommendation. All that to say, being in that short time of the LM cult made me meticulous of moisture control. It's humid here, dry then humid, who knows what the hell it's going to be in this crazy zone of Obama's Bananna Republic. Greenie got me into the high flow thing. It made sense and I worked on the fast dry emphasis, win, win. Wish the guy was still with us and I piss on anyone who had issue with him. He knew his shit and people got bent that had been at it longer than he.In my book he's a fookin legend and the industry is again stagnate.
Turn up the psi, flow it higher, wand slower especially on the dry passes and do what it takes to leave it drier and stop b###h in that Joe Shit the Rag Man charges or claims to, more than you do because your balls are sucked up into your stomach! Charge what you are worth and actually deliver. I don't suffer the rookies that compete on price like main street hookers that want to save people from over priced carpet cleaning. They are a scourge on this industry and should be listed in the Indian Times of the USA for cheap American labor.
