Can anyone help me identify this sample cd ? It’s a 3 inch cd that requires an adapter to play in some cd players. I purchased this cd via “Discogs” last year. It’s a German cd, containing snippets of Jim’s songs With a German narrative over the top. It’s cat number is Cd/ms/94/3227087. From readers digest. I would like to know which set that this is a sample of. I cannot find any reference to it anywhere. Does anyone have any answers ? Many thanks

I don't know about the CD referenced here, but Readers Digest released "The Unforgettable Jim Reeves" in 6 LP and 3 CD versions.
There is a German CD set "Komm' In Meine Welt-Die Legende Jim Reeves" featuring German artists singing Jim Reeves classics. Some songs are very good in my opinion.
I was curious since Jim and others brought the "Nashville Sound" to Europe and the German version counters Jim's songs in Afrikaans.
It's kind of neat SOMETIMES to listen to music where it is only the sound not knowing what actually is being said.
There are some posters here who are very knowledgeable and might have more info.
It is nice to find others deep into Jim Reeves history.
