Everyone should watch this one. This guy obviously never heard of Jim, but while listening, he looked like he couldn't believe how good he was.Just proves that Jim would gain the popularity he always deserved if he got more exposure. Every Jim reaction video I've seen gets the same response that this guy gave...

I again have to agree. This is one of a number of Jim Reeves reaction videos I have seen on YouTube.
Like Mike states, the reactions all uniformly comment on Jim's wonderful voice, and quality of the his recordings.
The key now is to get Jim Reeves voice the exposure it deserves. The question is how to do it.
I think we all can agree that once heard by the masses a great majority will appreciate what they hear and will become fans.
There has been a lot of talk recently on mainstream news broadcasts about the current administration's favorite styles of music to included Opera, Musicals and the importance music plays in international social situations.
Whether you support the current administration or abhor it, one has to realize it is an excellent vehicle with which get Jim Reeves Music the exposure it deserves.
I have tried to introduce a couple of media "Talking Heads" to Jim's Music and hope they can spread it to the administrations "Movers and Shakers" and ultimately the world.
One contact made was listed in the previous chain.
The current interest in "The President's Playlist", and the influence music has on our lives, makes this an opportune time to "Spread the Word", by whatever means available.
The more contacts made the greater chance of success.

You should see his reaction to Jim's "An Old Christmas Card."
Thank you Mike and Tom for the info on the "Reaction" videos. Both songs of course showcasing two of the many excellent songs Jim left us to treasure forever.
I looked around for a few more that I was hoping I could find. A woman named Sue left us with two reaction reviews that were amazing. She admits that she never heard of Jim Reeves. Well I guess she is an Alien. Anyway the first song she was totally impressed with was "The Blue Canadian Rockies" Must say I agree since I am Canadian and have been to the Rockies and spent time at Lake Louise. The Cindy Walker song was even more impressive since Sue showed the recording on video that was done at Studio B, in 1963. You may recall this song was originally recorded in 1952 by Gene Autrey.
Second song was another video feed showing Jim singing "I Love You Because" from the 1964 Oslo concert. Again she seems speechless and can not find the words to properly express her true impression of what she is hearing. Originally written in 1949 by Leon Payne. Again someone she has never heard of as she admits.
So folks if you want to treat yourself to some interesting expressions from someone who just discovered what an excellent voice actually sounds like .... give these a listen....
