Like everyone who posts here, I guess I can be identified as a "Jim Reeves Nut".
As such, I collect Jim Reeves memorabilia, and related items.
A few weeks ago I discovered a Tray from the Jim Reeves Museum at local a flea market for $5.00. What a find!
Later, my grandson turned me on to a foreign site similar to Ebay called AliExpress. Low and behold, for sale there were two styles of metal Jim Reeves Billboards in 3 sizes for a very reasonable price.
Ordered both in the 12 inch by 7 inch size.
Today they arrived one Billboard was for a show at Prichard Armory Sunday December 2nd, orange background, and another for the Cabaret Club Bandera Texas Friday July 15th with a yellow background.
They look good, vintage, with simulated age and rust.
Just info for all Jim Reeves Fans.

That is a good find Robert. The younger generation can be a wealth of information, especially for us old guys.
I did look up the website you provided and it is listed as a Chinese Online Marketplace.
I wanted to find the year these were originally used as a promotion. The orange one as you mentioned was listed as Sunday/Dec.2. I found the year and it was 1956. I also found that indeed Sunday/Dec.2 was on a Sunday.
In a post I left many months ago, I wrote that while watching "American Pickers" a metal poster they found promoted a concert date for Jim Reeves. However the day and date did not match. So needless to say it was misleading and worthless, despite the fact they paid $100.00 for it.
I also see on the website a lot of T-shirts promoting Jim were for sale. Some were really unique and the prices reasonable. I remember Mike Slater posting something about promotional T-shirts he found for sale. Wonder if this is the same site. Mike could you let us know.
Anyway, good find on your part Robert and thank you for sharing your treasure with us!!

Robert, this WAS a good find. Is there any chance you could post a few pictures here of these? Roy is correct about me finding some Jim Reeves tee shirts on line a while back, but these just came up by chance when I was searching for something else. Don't know if they are the same ones that Roy happen to see, but my guess is that they probably are. I had photos of them that I could have posted here, but they I recently had all my files deleted, so I don't have them anymore. You could probably just type in Jim Reeves tee shirts and do a search for them...

First, I am technically challenged so I don't think I can post photos. My grandson is my teck-no-nerd, so when he comes by I'll check to see if we can do it. In any event the picks are on AliExpress.
I remember the Picker's episode and it might be one of the billboards I purchased.
I saw the Tee Shirts on AliExpress, but they did not move me right now. Maybe a future purchase.
There WERE Jim Reeves Tee Shirts available on Ebay some years ago. The seller actually made me a 3X one special order. More tall than fat. 6'4" 250lbs.
I love it although my wife won't let me wear it. Still new in the chest of drawers
Black with an off white picture of Jim below a crown and surrounded by off white lettering "I DON'T NEED THERAPY I JUST NEED TO LISTEN TO JIM REEVES"
It is a GREAT Tee, and was available for other artists.
I haven't checked lately but but it was gone for a long time.
If re-listed is it a MUST buy. Love it.

Just googled "I don't need therapy I just need to listen to Jim Reeves".
A website FANATICITY popped up and it shows a version of the shirt I just described for $22.99.
It actually might be better than mine as Jim's pic is in color on their posting and mine is all one color.
I might have to get a second one, in spite of my wife.
