The Signature Series - A Touch of Velvet

Hi all,
I just wanted to share that I was watching a satellite TV channel in the UK called 'Irish TV' and saw Larry Jordon's 8 CD boxed set advertised on it. I looked at their website and saw a 3 disc set of Jim's advertised called 'The Signature Series - A Touch of Velvet' on the H&H label. It contains some of Larry's work too, including a DVD of Jim with around 20 performances. Cost was £8.99 so not too expensive either.
Apparently this was released in 2012 so you may all have heard of it already but for some reason I hadn't!

Yes, the products I produce really get around.

I have FIVE CDs in the works for this year, including unreleased material on Jim...so something to look forward to. Lots of overdubbing going on, rare material on female as well as male artists -- plus a 2 CD set on an iconic American singing star. So it's a busy time and I enjoy every minute of it!

I know that you are a Glen Cambell fan. Are you going to release anything by him?
Or anything else by Patsy Cline? The album you did of hers was in my car for over a year and I never tired of playing it!

Thanks for sharing these rare recordings with us Larry. It's a pity there are the 'hoarders' amongst us who collect and stash away treasures for their so-called 'bragging rights'!

Due to copyright reasons I'm not able to do much with Glen's catalog. Glad you liked Patsy but I've got other artists on the drawing board. That Patsy CD, btw, is almost sold out, so if you can find a copy of "Divine Ms. Cline," you're very lucky. I doubt there are even a dozen copies of it left.
