'Something Special' LP

I have this particular LP from 1971 in my collection. It is the issue with the 'Jim Reeves Stamps'cover. However, I was really surprised to see an alternative cover with a picture I have not seen before. I have attached it here.

Was this cover only issued to the D.J.'s or did the cover vary from country to country?

Hi Garry, I beleive this LP was released for DJ use only. I tried to purchase a copy of the album several years ago and missed out with my bid. Like you I have a copy of the LP released for the general public.

If you look down in the left hand corner of the cover it says "For disc jockeys only not for sale". I too have the one with the stamps on the cover which was for the general public.
