I can provide that information. This photo was taken April 11, 1963 in Idlewild airport in New York (later renamed JFK International Airport). He had just returned from South Africa so it is no wonder the suit is crumpled after that long flight. You are probably familiar with the other photo of him at this time where he is holding the South African award for "From A Jack To A King."
