It was nice to see all the Blue Boys showcased which included Dean Manual, Leo Jackson, Bobby Dyson (very good on the bass and back up vocals) and I believe Jimmy Orr on drums. A surprising difficult song called "January" came off perfect. Never heard that one before.
There were visuals that would not happen today, showing host "T" with a cigarette a couple of times including when he had his arm around Jim. But that was then and that's ok.
Did anyone notice Jim playing piano along side Dean in the closing credits. A rare site I would say, but very nice to see.
