‘After Awhile’ – The opening showcases a completely new and impressive treatment.
‘I’m A Fool to Care’ – This really moves along and stands out so much more without the original vocal accompaniment. The extended break works well.
‘Sand In My Shoes’ – A really catchy treatment.
‘A Letter To My Heart’ – A lovely harmony vocal that works so well.
‘Till The End Of The World’ – The last ‘Songs To Warm The Heart’ track to receive the treatment that I’ve been waiting for, and I’m certainly not disappointed! Completely refreshing arrangement.
‘Blue Side Of Lonesome’ – The harmony vocals make such a difference, a very likeable new approach, and the orchestration, on this the longer version, is perfect.
‘I Won’t Forget You’ – This was a really big single in the UK at the time, and spent a long time in the charts. The piano accompaniment brings a new lease of life and a hit all over again!
Thanks Larry and Voicemasters. Another production to treasure.
Martin.
