I just watched an old black and white B movie on you tube called "Stark Fear" from 1962. It stars actress Beverly Garland. At the very beginning of the film, Beverly comes home with a bag. She takes out an LP she just bought and it's Jim's album "According To My Heart". If you blinked during this scene, you would miss it, but you can see the cover very clearly for about a second. She then takes the record out of the sleeve and puts it on her record player. When the record plays, however, all you hear is easy listening instrumental music, not Jim. I guess if they actually featured Jim singing in the movie, they would have had to pay him. After all, Jim was still alive when this film was made...
