Probably, but on the other hand, do you build new products every day? Or do you have glitches every day? They’ll work on the current project, get everything sorted, and that’s it, basically for a while, say until the next update, you don’t really need a specialist. So that’s worth thinking about too. And as for old products... there are Software Project Rescue Services, to restore what doesn’t work or works wrong. It’s not always worth writing everything off right away. Often you can fix it all.
