Market comparison is one of the few tools buyers have against bad pricing. A seller can create urgency or describe the knife as rare, but the numbers usually tell a clearer story. I would not only check the lowest listing, though. Sometimes the cheapest item has a worse float or a less desirable pattern. Comparing properly means looking at similar examples, not just hunting for the smallest price tag.
