
I've been taking care of my lymphatic system for several months now, and it's made a huge difference in my life! I want to share this with others so they can also find health and well-being through lymphatic drainage.
I've noticed a stronger immune system and faster recovery from illnesses. I have less swelling/bloating. I'm less foggy. I feel more confident in my body.
Every day, I do a quick full-body warm-up focused on lymphatic drainage. First, I lightly tap on key points, then massage. There are plenty of videos on YouTube about this, if you haven't already! It takes me about five minutes, or less if I'm lazy or in a hurry.
Several times a week, I do this video after the "Awakening Lymphatic Drainage" exercise! I do it twice a day if I feel like I'm starting to feel unwell.
