I'm considering becoming a home health aide, but I need a job with flexible hours. I have kids in school, so I can't work super early mornings or late evenings. How much say do you usually have in setting your schedule? Are there a lot of part-time options available, or are most positions full-time only? Is this something I would clarify during home health aide training, or is it dependent on the companies themselves?
