I'm curious if anyone here has experience hiring a consulting service to help them set up and optimize their customer relationship management system. My company recently switched to a new CRM, and while it promises a lot, the initial setup has been a bit overwhelming. There are so many features and integrations, and honestly, I feel like we're barely scratching the surface of what it can do. I'm wondering if bringing in outside experts for the implementation process is a worthwhile investment or if it's something we should try to muddle through ourselves.
