Had this show up when I was helping my mom print a document. Her laptop is old, Microsoft Office has been on it forever. Word opened like usual, then that activation message showed up and she got worried she did something wrong. I mentioned it to a guy we know who fixes computers and he said he’s seen this a lot on older laptops. He told me he used a kms activator before to remove the message. I tried it and after that Word stopped asking about activation. We printed the file and that was it.
