TV Guide subscription issue never resolved

Purchased a yearly print and digital TV Guide subscription, but I never received the inaugural issue or activation email for the digital edition. I submitted their online contact form with my subscription ID and address details, yet nothing has arrived. Has anyone encountered a missing TV Guide delivery and eventually gotten both print and digital access? I’m curious which exact information convinced their support team to correct the oversight.
