Maybe I just got lucky, but I found a great company right away that handles both installation and maintenance. Some things you can totally do yourself, so definitely take a look at this heating and air conditioning maintenance guide, but serious stuff is better left to the pros. I went with Ben’s Plumbing and still use them whenever needed.
