I have a ''real'' eucalyptus aggregata but it is planted in the wrong place, mainly because i have 2 other trees and a large shrub planten very close near eachother.
I prune those other trees to managable size because they carry fruit they have to be pruned every year to set new buds to fruit. This eucalyptus is just way too large and keeps growing through winter, it looks out of place because of the height ratio of other trees.
What is the best way to coppice it ? i read different things.
1. to make a slanting cut at 150mm
2. to make a slanting cut at 450 mm ( 18 inch)
My goal is too keep it managable as a shrub. which height should i prune?
kind regards
