I would try the 'herb" section of your local "full service" nursery---cause that's where they are often placed. if they don't have any you might just ask if they know anybody who does or can order one in for you. that said, "dollar gum" (e. cinerea) is NOT one of the reliably cold hardy eucs for our area and may be damaged or killed in a hard winter. e. perinniana is rather similar but significantly more frost resistant. you can obtain it by mail-order from www.forestfarm.com in Williams, Oregon they also carry e. cordata another species with very silvery colored juvenile leaves (assuming that's what you're interested in in the first place). hope this helps. good luck.
