The first is not E. cephalocarpa. E. cephalocarpa have opposite and sessile leaves in the young stage. Alternate and petiolate leaves appear only on mature tree.
The second and third could be good. Because young seedling without good light, like sun shine, develope longer and straight leaves. With sun shine, leaves look more like book description. And it is easiest to identify.
But it is alway difficult to identify Eucalyptus only with seedling.
