Back to the eternal question.
Posted by Yan on October 24, 2005, 12:45 am It is a pleasure to see that the site is still with us and grows at its own unhurried pace. I am trying now to cause "EW addiction" to a person who is an author herself and does not know about EW. Does it mean that OEB printed not enough? It may be a good sign, however..

There was supposed to be a reprint of the Quartet, but OEB may be lacking funds to do this as the major booksellers, Borders etc. will not stock his hard cover Simak & Pangborn publications on which he still owes money. Probably the best way to acquire a copy is through ABE or Alibris if Amazon cannot oblige. Good luck in your search, the books are not as scarce as they used to be. Anne

I should wait for the Amazon stated one month shipment time and, if they do not deliver, go to Alibris as a second option, seeing as they have already jacked the prices up to the level it was before OEB reprint. Anyhow, this discussion reminded me that it is almost two years since the last time I re-read the Quartet. Time for a refresher. Best wishes.

I am taking 2 weeks leave at the end of the month and have thought to accomplish this during that time. Good luck in acquiring a copy of Sinai Tapestry by whatever means. Anne --Previous Message--
