He truly believed in this as is evidenced in his books, where over and over again he has a threesome of close friends representing the three major religions of the Middle East. His stance is detached and he neither condemns nor sympathises with any side in particular. He had a very through knowledge of the history and politics of the Middle East and if he were alive today, I feel sure he would be deeply distressed about the present situation in Palestine. --Previous Message--
