I was lucky enough to find Sinai Tapestry shortly after (though I lent it to a friend - ex-friend - who never returned it). It took years to track down a library copy of Nile Shadows, and I have never found Jerico Mosaic. Your news about their pending re-release was great news (though I note that OEB's site says they were to be released last year - I hope there are no wrinkles in those plans). While in LA I was in a book discussion group chaired by the then dean of the English Department at UCLA, and attended mostly by his grad students. I presented Sinai Tapestry as my reading selection, and was pleased (but not surprised) to hear him declare it as one of his choices of the twenty best books written in English in the 20th century. Anyway, thanks again for this site. Its very well done and long overdue.
