Thank you for the very informative link. I've looked over the Artistic Licence application notes and found two alternative methods to PWM that look potentially appealing. They are Bit Angle Modulation (BAM) and Frequency Modulation (FM). Do you or anyone out there, have any experience in implementing these methods? Any preference or known down sides? Which of these is the preferred method, and is it better than PWM, and if so, why? Any help on this would be great.
