We have a NSI MC2448 and 4 NSI Dimmer packs (12's). Today we noticed that most all channels have 3 levels controlled by the fader on the board. Either on full, on dimmed and off. The fader. Now the levels on the monitor still go from FL down to 00 as normal but the lights have no gradual dimming ability. Could this be a configuration issue or hardware issue?
