I need a help.
I am working on a project using DMX protocol.

I would like to know how DMX devices are connected each other. If one DMX device is switched off in the chain whether all other devices will still get the data that are located after the device which was switched off.

How the real wiring is done?

Pl. use a diagram to explain.

"DMX in" and "DMX out" are shorted for each DMX device?

DMX console can be connected to a maximum of 32 loads.
What is the unit load in this context means?
Pl. let me know immediately.

I am breaking my head for this information for last one week.
