Not an expert at DMX but it works on RS-485 so if your USART transmitter and the receiver are configured for 250kbaud then it should work.

I think something wrong happened with Ujjal because hes not answering.

You configure the baud rate in the USART and the RS485 transceiver only converts the voltage levels.
