Thanks for replying. Before I proceed first let me thank you for all the information I got about DMX from your site. This is my first exposure to DMX and thanks to your site I'm learning all about DMX.

Assuming that the BCD switches are fixture numbers and given that our system assigns three DMX channels to each fixture. How would I interpret fixtures with BDS switch settings of 437 and 440, 450 and 453. I have found 6 fixtures each in the groups with BCD switches set at 437 abd 440 respectively. 24 fixtures each in groups with BCD switch set at 450 and 453.

What strikes me is the settings are displaced by 3 (equivalent to the 3 DMX channels).

Hope you can throw some more light on this.
