maybe a day late but still eating turkey I bet. We're going one more day....sandwiches Sat then calling it quits till next yr!

We go out to eat for Thanksgiving because it is just the 3 of us and no family here. We had a great dinner...no dishes.

It was just hubby and I but he'd never go out to eat on a holiday...besides I can't get out anyway. Our local grocery store doing complete t day dinner for 4 with all the fixings and pie for $65 but he thought that was too much to pay. LOL

We actually went on Wednesday. The restaurant was closed on Thursday. We had pizza on Thursday.

I didn't think to do that at T time. We do home made reg pizza, fruit pizza and veggie pizza's on Xmas eve or which ever day we get the girls/family here for the holiday. Then Xmas day it's just Bob and I so we splurge on Filet mignon for 2. YUM!!

I love filet mignon. We usually splurge at Christmas too. There is a specialty meat store not far from us. We get steaks. My husband cooks them on the grill.
