I hope to be here. I hope to be watching. Cox cable has been having issues in our area for weeks. They don't know when it will be fixed. Sometimes we get cable for a couple of hours and sometimes we get a black screen. Crossing my fingers we get to see the race.

are they giving you customers any type of % off the bill or compensation? Some cable companies do deduct from the bill if cable is out for a certain amt of time.

I called and asked for a credit. They said we would gt one on the next bill. You have to call and ask for the credit. The people who didn't call won't get one.
