I just read that Chad Knaus will not be a crew chief next year. He has been promoted by Hendrick to be the Vice President of competition which involves the development of the Hendrick cars. The crew chief for the 24 will be announced later this year.

He was doing so well with William I though. He deserves a promotion for his good work. I think he might have taken it to be able to spend more time with his wife and babies. I didn't realize he was 14 yrs older than his wife.LIFE may be like a box of chocolates, but not Dale Jr. With him, you always know what you are getting!

I didn't know that Chad was that much older than his wife. I know Ray Evernham is much older than his wife too
