I listened to it online for the 2 hrs and watched the 1 hr on TV. It was really gut wrenching to hear Jr say he cried and his heart hurt. Steve really did make Jr be more accountable and not feel entitled. Helped him hone his God given talent. I had to kind of scratch my head though at the notion that he sort of had/has that if a person is working well with him that they doesn't need to move on. Kind of like he was forgetting THEY had needs too. But I don't think he really feels/means it that way. I think like if Mike were to want to move on Jr would at least do everything in his power to make it hard for him to leave. Raise, more perks, better title etc. Jr FINALLY doesn't always have to "steer the ship" 100%. He hires or surrounds himself with people he trusts to do it for him.
