The winds have shifted from the east so the smoke from the many fires is coming over the Cascades. Our view has disappeared. We're also getting record heat, reached 100 degrees yesterday. A record for the date.

So glad we had AC installed. We also bought an air purifier and it's getting a work out now. The wind will shift back and all should be well tomorrow.

Decided to skip the gym today.
