It's mind boggling. All of us have been vaccinated before and have been the better for it. I never got small pox or polio, most probably thanks to the vaccines. I amost died from whooping cough. There was no vaccine for it when I was young. Now the kids don't get it. Or for that matter, measles, mumps, chicken pox, diptheria, tetanus, and 8 others. Melania and the Donald got vaccinated, so it can't be political.

I got a flu shot when the Asian Flu was going around in 1957 and came down with it a day or so later. I was terribly sick, ran 104 for days. Blamed the vaccine for years, but have come to believe I was already infected when I got the shot. Have never had anything like that happen with subsequent flu shots or any other vaccines. I got a small pox booster as an adult on my doctor's advice for recurrent fever blisters. That was about 50 years ago; I never had another one since.
