Re: Liz Cheney ... Ellie
Whatever good Donald Trump may have done earlier in his presidency was completely overshadowed by his frantic attempts at keeping power at any cost at the end. It resulted in an insurrection the likes of which this country has never seen and hopefully will never see again. I and many others did appreciate his unwavering support of Israel, our democratic ally, in their ongoing hope to exist despite terrorists who repeatedly try to wipe them out. I read that Joe Biden is following the long-standing U.S. policy of support for Israel, but there are several members of the Democratic party, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, AOC, and a few others who, as they wrongfully accused us in the past, really DO have divided loyalties, could not care less for negotiation, and favor terrorist action to accomplish their goal which is the destruction of the State of Israel. Just as there are many people who believe "the lie," there are people who believe it is OK to stifle Israel's attempts to exist and protect itself and its beleaguered citizens. Why have the many countries of the Arab world not cared to find a solution to the self-created refugee problem of the Palestinian people for the past 75 years? 21% of the population of Israel is Arab. They are Israelis citizens. They participate in government. The Palestinian refugee problem that has not been helped, in fact has been ignored by its Arab brothers for 75 years, was created by them when they incited many Palestinians to leave their homes when the State of Israel was created. Why, in 75 years, have they not formulated policy to address the grievous problem they created?
