We've been trying to find eagles to photograph outside of the zoo for years. There are a few known ones locally but we haven't been able to capture a photo of one yet. Our predatory birds are hawks and osprey. They don't have anywhere the size and strength of eagles but a small dog or cat could be targeted. This eagle is on my shoulder but tethered.
