Aaaah Larry. Another fly in the ointment, an instigator of the first order. Jimmy and Larry went back to boyhood together and he'd bring out the very worst in Jimmy. I had become friendly with Jimmy's wife and she felt the same. I'd guess it was a macho thing. In person, Jimmy was a sweetheart. He was always worried about his wife's health and as fate would have it, she outlasted him. She managed fairly well on her own and when her time came, it was sudden. Jimmy's passing was unexpected. He had a procedure, although serious, one that he should have sailed through like so many others I've known who've had the same. I don't recall the exact timing but it was probably within a week of it.
