Went to CVS in North Hollywood for my first vaccination this afternoon. Quite painless. Staff was pleasant and helpful, vaccinators (were they nurses? I don't know) were interested in each one's history, very careful, answered questions, and were very caring. A good experience so far! Hope I don't start to feel ill later, it's only been less than 3 hours.

Celebrated by stopping on the way home at Der Wienerschnitzel for chili dogs, and then at McDonald's for mocha frappes.

Daughter went for chemo again today, called from Walmart on the way home, so seems she's feeling OK right now. Neuropathy from chemo has started in her feet and legs, she's having the same trouble I am with weak leg muscles and numb feet. I hope this is temporary, it's a miserable feeling, but sometimes it stays due to damaged nerves.
