I hadn't heard anything about Opera but I have swung around to other browsers. I'm now using one called duckduckgo, which supposedly doesn't promote cookies of websites visited. I mainly looked for another one other than Google because I felt it was limiting searches. Can't speak for this one regarding searches yet but it's working OK.
