Re: Trump going over the...Ellie
Obama certainly had his own share of detractors but never at the same level. Obama said he was going to "fundamentally change the country" and that is exactly what we are seeing. While I cannot deny that there are extremist groups and individuals on the right, their numbers are relatively miniscule compared to the mobs on the left. The violence, looting and destroying of property we have been plagued with all emanates from the left. Cities controlled by the left are the worst and their leaders stand by allowing anarchy and their police to become helpless. No law and order is respected. Trump's words are only interpreted as incendiary by the left and mountains are made of his molehill words with a constant barrage from the media. There is always a two sided barrage of insults during a Presidential election but in Trump's case it never ceased as it did during the Obama years when most people settled down and let him do his job. Maxine Waters calling for harassment of rightwing congress people in public places. Pelosi ripping up of the State of the Union message on TV, a leftwing shooter targeting Republican congress people on a baseball field, a bogus impeachment attempt but worst of all, the ongoing Russian hoax scandal costing millions of dollars to try to unravel and now known to have been instigated by the Clinton campaign and that involved people at the highest level of our Justice departments that are supposed to be non-partisan. Biden, by his own admission, committing a quid pro quo with Ukraine to drop an investigation that might implicate his son. No one else finds it odd that an inexperienced person/company receives vast sums of money from foreign countries for services while his father is VP? A lot of people have been stonewalling and both of these situations are still ongoing investigations.
