This is so true. All you get are what I call "electronic" people. You get shuffled from one electronic person to another. As usual, it was the Verizon Jetpack with the problem. This is the 3rd defective one in the 4 yrs we're living here. They replaced this one for free but we had several days of aggravation and I had no service. My son and Jane have their own hot-spots so they were not affected. The man at the Verizon store is always very helpful. He said auto-pay is the best way to go so put me on that. We'll see if Verizon can get that right. The payment will come out of my checking account every month. I don't know how RR took care of all this every month,... plus kept tract of the investments etc. It's mind boggling.
