What are they protesting in Portland? I have been too busy with nursing the sick to follow every day. I saw the crowds in the streets, but I don't know what they're there for. Just an unimportant aside, Portland is where my ex-husband's widow lives, you know, the filthy crook that denied my children their meager inheritance of physical remembrances of their father. I hope that if damage gets done up there, she gets it in spades. She is evil. And if wishing her harm makes me evil, too, so be it.

Didn't Chicago have another major shooting within the last week or so? I seem to remember another 15 casualties not too long ago. What is this, the wild west? Actually, I don't think the West was that wild. If the city government can't manage the safety in their streets, what do you suggest? Innocent citizens and little children are losing their lives. A sin and a shame.
