Re: Credit card questions
It amazes me that someone as bright as you has such a hard time. Years ago you had to know more but the new ones almost take care of themselves. Windows 10 on a laptop will do more by itself than a desktop without add-ons., e.g. it probably has a microphone and camera installed. It will have sound. Depending on what you bought, it will either have one regular drive or two drives. On these you'll have a solid state c: drive and a larger d: drive. The solid state drive will contain the main operating system and where programs store. The d: drive is where you should save all the things you generate so it doesn't fill up the smaller drive. It would not have Word, that would have to be installed and you'd need that type of software to read your Documents. If you type Word in the task bar search space it might come up with an opportunity to download it but there is a monthly charge. There are some free programs available that are very similar and can read Word. Documents can be on both computers but you would have to copy or save them manually. Microsoft can sync both but that's a little too advanced to try and coach you.
