The news on TV says do not go out this week and next unless it is essential for food or meds. And everyone's to wear a mask. It's probably because we're nearing the peak of contagion. Nobody here wants to go out, altho one of my daughters has to go about 12 miles each way to a compounding pharmacy for the cat's meds. They stopped delivering this week. They are the nearest compounding pharmacy, though they are not really that close. Their doors are locked and customers line up outside, and are handed their meds one at a time. And no cash. Credit cards only.
L.A.'s been taking this very seriously, and we are doing better than expected so far. I hope it continues.
